Defining a country’s identity: this is the challenge taken on by dutch designer Annelys De Vet, creator of a series of books titled Subjective Atlases. Leading from one country to another through workshops at the cusp of art and politics, the project invites local artists, designers and researchers to map their culture and therefore question at the status quo. for the mexican edition, Annelys paired ub with designer and teammate Moniek Drisse, a long time lover of all things mexican, who farlessly dove into gargantuan Mexico City and the country’s fascinating beauties and paradoxes
